Bonsoir j'aurais voulu savoir si mon texte était correcte:

if i were an animal i would be a dog, because i'm a generous person, and i like help my friends when they are in difficulties.
if i could be a city, i would be new york , the big apple because the city that never sleeps is so attractive! indeed shops, BAGELS,Broadway, Times Square, Central park, and Bryant Park make this place, an exhilarating city.
if i were a season, i'd be summer, by reason of the hot weather, and at this time of year the scenery are really pleasing.
if i could be a flower i would be a rose, because this flower represents love, and smells divinely good.
if i were a brand, i'd be Chanel because it represents the sophisticated french style.
If I were a work of art, I would be 'Starry Night' by Vincent Van Gogh because this painting is really Mysterious and dark, and open to many interpretations.
if i could be a colour, i would be red, because it symbolize the colour of passion.
if i could be a film, i would be 'titanic', because of leonardo dicaprio who is my favorite actor.
if i were a gemstone , i would be a diamond, because this stone sparkles with a thousand lights and represents the luxury.
if i could be a celebrity, i would be vanessa paradis, because her husband is really cute, and she is a very beautiful woman. indeed she is the face of Chanel's new lipstick "Rouge Coco" ,and she is also become the face of chanel's handbag line.
if i were an old monument i would be the eiffel tower, because it's the most popular monument in france.

"i like to" première ligne.
"are making of this place an" quatrième ligne.
"of the year" et "the scenery is (ou alors tu mets scenery au pluriel aussi) really pleasing." lignes 6/7
au lieu de work of art, an artwork.
Pour la phrase de la couleur au lieu de symbolize => symbolizes.
Pour la pierre précieuse, thousands of lights.
Pour la célébrité : she became also au lieu de ce que t'as mis.
Voili voilou. Je suis pas certain à 100% mais presque !

ladytric > Non mais je doute qu'un portrait chinois en anglais requiert une argumentation si rigoureuse ; et puis, elle n'a pas demandé à ce qu'on juge le contenu, sinon la forme. Ton niveau d'anglais terminale ES option anglais & anglais a néanmoins permis de corriger le texte.

Le prof vis à vis de ses exigences offrira une correction adéquate sur le reste.

(Désolé pour l'apport inutile Midniiight_ et good luck ) (ah oui, certes basique, ce niveau d'anglais n'est pas dramatique et c'est important de maîtriser les bases pour fonder une bonne construction linguistique )

Cécile a corrigé mais pour Johnny Depp, un beau mâle je mettrais plus handsome ahah mais c'est qu'un détail

Et pour éviter de répéter represents tu pourrais dire aussi embodies ( to embody )

d'accord merci beaucoup, oui le prof en question n'en demande pas beaucoup mais par rapport à d'autres personnes j'ai plus justifié donc je pense que c'est suffisant. merci beaucoup pour votre aide, bonne soirée
